CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES:
Subject is to remain locked in a 4X4 room with facial mask and heavy restraints, if at any point there appears to be damage to the restraints alert the guards immediately. If the subject is able to escape the room a base wide alert is to be placed and lockdown to be initiated. DO NOT USE LIVE ROUNDS, TRANQUILIZER DARTS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED FOR A REASON.

DESCRIPTION:
Approx 6.7ft tall with dark hollow eyes, his skin is a light pale tone and lips are carved into a permanent smile. Appears to suffer from random twitches and other schizophrenic disorders but in the presence of others that “interest” him he becomes manipulative and coordinated as if something deep within reacts to the opportunity of a new experiment. Subject was once a doctor working on a special project before the PATIENT ZERO incident, all his colleges were slaughtered by the infected but they strangely ignored him which may of triggered some form of breakdown within his psyche leading him to believe that these “perfect creations” are what humanity should be and that we are in fact the virus.

He tends to lure his subjects into a false sense of security before knocking them unconscious and either performing his “experiments” on the spot or transporting them elsewhere, he has strange lacerations which oddly resemble a prison day count but I fear this may not be for counting days.

REFERENCE:
To date, subject has been responsible for at least fifty civilian casualties as well as a large portion of staff and the disappearance of twelve nurses, when questioned on the location of these missing people he simply stares, it is unknown whether or not he chooses to remain silent or perhaps he only speaks when his condition enables him to when “Hunting”. His knowledge on the viral strain and other intensely vital information is the only reason he has not yet been executed, threats and typical interrogation has not budged him.

SUBJECT HAS ESCAPED CONTAINMENT DURING SIEGE OF “INFECTED INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE WALLS OF THE COMPOUND”. UNABLE TO LOCATE TRACKING COLLAR, LAST SEEN ENTERING THE INFECTED ZONE. POSSIBILITY OF SURVIVAL: 5%
