14/01/15 Meeting Minutes

Hey Hey Peoples

Firstly we would like to say a big thank you to everyone of our members, without your support we wouldn’t be here! We would also like to welcome all members new and old to our community weekly meeting. We hold our meeting every Wednesday night at 7pm syd – 9pm nz time. Please try to join us for our meetings for your chance to have your say and hear about whats coming up next! If you can’t make it we will be posting the meeting minutes here on the forum after every meeting. If you didn’t get to make it to the meeting and would like to have a say or have a suggestion or feedback, please post a comment below. This thread is for the meeting minuets for the week of the 14/01/15.

SO at tonight’s meeting we discussed the following tropics:

1. Rust Legacy server is now up and running, it is only a basic server for now and we will be adding to it over the next few weeks
2. If you dont own Rust yet and would like to buy it G2A has it for around $10 at the moment and steam has it for around $20.
3. The DayZ PVP server is still not up in the in-game server list but this should hopefully be getting fixed soon! You can remote connect to the server if you would like to play on it.
4. Altis Life server is still under development – we are having to build the server from scratch, so if you have any suggestions for what you would like to see on it please post them in the Altis Life feedback and suggestion section of the forum and we will see what we can do about implementing them to the server build.
5. We had added a PointShop to the Garry’s Mod TTT server and are still working on it, but it is working so join in and have some fun. we will be implementing the VIP Perks to the server soon
6. We talked about adding some new maps to the Garry’s Mod TTT server, one of the suggestions was to add a minecraft map to it.
7. We discussed the possibility of getting sponsors for Nomad United Gaming, this is something on our to do list over the next few months
8. We also discussed the possibility of getting NUG merchandise in the future, this is also on our to do list over the next few months
9. We talked about the possibility of adding some more game servers to our community, so far Garry’s Mod Prop Hunt and DarkRP are at the top of the list and so is a Rust Experimental server. If you would like to suggest any game servers for the future please let us know by posting in the feedback and suggestions section of the server.
10. We also discussed our members using the forums more and giving us feedback, suggestions or applying for positions among the NUG Staff.

Thank you to everyone who joined into tonight’s meeting, we got some great ideas brought forward and were very happy to see so many people eager to jump on to our Rust Legacy server
